Every room has natural light, a sink and space for a treatment couch. Each suite has its own key-code entry, and practitioners share the waiting lounge, kitchen and breakout space. Reserve one to five fixed weekdays a week, with founding prices for the first six months.

THE ROOMS
Two suites, fourteen rooms
The rooms are being fitted out to one calm, consistent standard, across two suites on separate floors of the building. Each suite has its own key-code entry – you let your clients in and close the door behind you – and every room is reserved on one to five fixed weekdays a week, with a six-month minimum from opening.

The Thames Suite
Ten rooms · Own floor
The larger of the two suites. Ten treatment rooms with key-code entry, a kitchen area and a waiting area for clients, ranging from compact consulting rooms to larger spaces that take a couch plus seating – suited to physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports massage, beauty and aesthetics.

The Kennet Suite
Four rooms · Own floor
A smaller, quieter suite of four rooms on a separate floor, with its own key-code entry, a kitchen area and waiting chairs in the corridor. Well suited to practitioners who want calm and privacy – aesthetics, skin treatments, coaching and one-to-one work.

The suites are not yet fitted out, so the room images on this site are illustrations of the planned finish – natural light, warm neutral walls, pale timber and sage green upholstery. Photographs will replace them as soon as the rooms are complete, and practitioners who register their interest will be the first invited to view.

Simple, flexible pricing
Reserve your regular room on one to five fixed weekdays, with a six-month minimum from opening. Founding prices – around 15% off – apply for the first six months, then the monthly prices shown for months 7–12 and 13–24.

Prices shown before any VAT that applies; VAT treatment and the total payable will be confirmed in your quotation before commitment. Monthly room prices are rounded to the nearest £10; six-month savings compare the displayed founding and standard monthly prices. Reserved days are charged throughout the agreement, including weeks you do not attend. Whole-suite and individual-room offers are alternatives. Any permitted use, equipment and package inclusions will be agreed before booking.
